RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products:  All sales are final.  No refunds.  No returns.

RETURN POLICY – ERROR EXCEPTION

If you receive an incorrect item, you may return the new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Pearl Botanicals will pay the return shipping costs. 

If you receive a damaged bottle or jar, Pearl Botanicals will replace the product within 5-10 days.

To Request a Return:

1. Send an email to info@pearlbotanicals.com with your order number and incorrect items.

2. Mail the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

3. Upon receipt, Pearl Botanicals will notify you by email about your refund and reimbursed shipping charges.
