Ache Ease combines effective herbal extracts, including a natural sedative that alleviates discomfort and promotes restorative sleep. This dual action soothes the nervous system while helping to reduce occasional swelling, aches, and tenderness. Ache Ease is perfect for nighttime use or whenever you need relief from discomfort.
Ingredients: Organic Nettle (to support joint health and reduce inflammation), California Poppy (to promote relaxation and ease discomfort), Skullcap (to calm the nervous system and reduce tension), White Willow Bark (to provide natural relief from discomfort and support flexibility), and Wild Lettuce (to soothe aches and discomfort and promote relaxation) infused in alcohol or vegetable glycerin; Organic Honey.
Instructions: Shake well before use. Start with one dropperful sublingually, directly in the mouth, or with 1 – 2 oz. of water. If you are sensitive to alcohol or it causes drowsiness, use it only at nighttime for restorative sleep, and take the glycerin-infused tincture during the day instead.
Warning: Avoid Willow Bark if you have an aspirin allergy. Possible interaction with blood thinners. Avoid operating machinery or driving after taking.
Everyone's a little different so go slow and see how you feel! If you are sensitive to alcohol try the tincture infused in vegetable glycerin.
