REFRESH & RENEW TEA BLEND

Refresh & Renew Tea Blend is a carefully crafted infusion of nourishing botanicals traditionally used to support the body’s natural cleansing and wellness processes.  This vibrant blend combines earthy roots, aromatic herbs, and refreshing notes to support your wellness cleansing routine and help you feel centered and balanced.

Ingredients:  Burdock Root, Cleavers, Dandelion Root, Juniper Berries,  Milk Thistle, Nettle Leaf, Red Clover Blossoms, Peppermint Leaf, Ginger Root, and Fennel Seed.

ADD ON:  Senna (commonly used as a natural laxative, primarily for the short-term treatment of constipation.  Can also be used on a short-term basis during the cleansing process).

For an enhanced experience, add fresh lemon slices to your cup.  With every sip, you'll nourish your body with nature's finest herbs, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and revitalized. 

We make our own tea bags.  (Tea Bag Packs:  5, 10, 15 or 20).

Brewing Instructions:  Steep tea bag in hot water (just under boiling) for 5-10 minutes.  Remove the bag -- you can gently press it against the side of the cup to extract more, but do not squeeze too hard.  Sweeten as desired with our infused honey or dried fruits for an extra flavor, or use your favorite honey at home.
