Ingredients: Organic Hops (to quiet the mind), Lemon Balm (to ease tension), Motherwort (to soothe restlessness), Passionflower (to reduce anxiety), and Valerian Root (to promote deeper sleep) infused in alcohol (Organic Honey) or Vegetable Glycerin.
Instructions: Shake well before use. Start with one dropperful sublingually or in 1-2 oz. of water before bedtime. For enhanced sleep support, combine with Sleepy Time Tea:
· Drink Sleepy Time Tea 30-45 minutes before bedtime
· Take Sleepy Time Tincture 15-20 minutes before bedtime or put the Sleep Time Tincture in your tea.
