SLEEPY TIME TEA is a wonderful blend that promotes better sleep. Crafted from carefully selected organic herbs, this soothing formula was developed through firsthand experience, not just theory. Struggling with sleep challenges, I created this balanced, effective tea remedy that I now rely on nightly. Enjoy a warm cup of Sleep Time tea 30-45 mins. before bedtime to gently prepare your body and mind for rest. For optimal results, pair it with the Sleepy Time Tincture—together, they work synergistically to promote deep and restful sleep. When using both, drink the Sleepy Time Tea 30-45 minutes before bedtime and take the Sleepy Time Tincture 15-20 minutes before bedtime.
Ingredients: Organic California Poppy (to promote relaxation and restful sleep), Chamomile (to calm the nerves and ease tension), Hops (to quiet the mind and support relaxation), Lavender (provides a gentle sedative effect), Lemon Balm (to uplift the spirit and ease anxiety), Passionflower (to reduce stress and encourage peaceful rest), and Blue Lotus (to promote tranquility and enhance emotional well-being).
Brewing Instructions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in hot water (just under boiling) for 5-10 minutes. If you use a loose tea infuser, simply remove it and enjoy! If steeping without an infuser, strain before drinking. Sweeten as desired with our infused honey or dried fruits for an extra touch of flavor. Or use your favorite honey or fruits at home.
NOTE: For enhanced sleep support, put one dropperful of Sleep Time Tincture in your tea.
