Enjoy a warm cup of Sleepy Time Tea as part of your evening wind-down ritual. For those who prefer a deeper, more comforting routine, the Sleepy Time Tea can be combined with our Sleepy Time Tincture or Glycerite for an enhanced evening experience. Add a dropperful directly into your Sleepy Time Tea or enjoy the tea first and follow with the Sleepy Time Tincture/Glycerite a little later in your nightly routine.
Ingredients: California Poppy, Chamomile, Hops, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Passionflower and Blue Lotus.
Brewing Instructions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in hot water (just under boiling) for 5-10 minutes. If you use a loose tea infuser, simply remove it and enjoy! If steeping without an infuser, strain before drinking. Sweeten as desired with our infused honey or dried fruits for an extra touch of flavor. Or use your favorite honey or fruits at home.
